The Cyprus Museum of Natural History collaborates with Public Schools providing information and guidance for the completion of various school projects.

Furthermore, with the support of the Museum’s scientific committee we have become a source of information for different scientists and students from all over the world.   

The Cyprus Museum of Natural History cooperates with a group of scientists of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Cyprus and the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment who willingly offer their help, suggestions as well as their knowledge.

The members of the Scientific Committee are:     

• Dr. Eleftherios Hadjisterkotis, Officer of the Game and Fauna Service of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Cyprus, former president of the International Union of Game Biologists (1999-2001) and member of the IUCN Invasive Species Specialists Group.
  
• Mr. Haris Nicolaou, Forestry Department Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment
  
• Ms Melina Markou, Marine and Fisheries Department Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment
